1. Where is your flagship store?
We are currently a small business and Creative Design/Admin/Management/Social Media/Content Creation/Photography/Packaging/Pack & Send is all done from our home office space. However, we have big dreams and a factory local to Burleigh Heads is not too far on the horizon so watch this space.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email info@soleildor.co as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request however if your order has already been posted we are unable to change or cancel.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following day. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your delivery.
4. Can I exchange earrings?
Unfortunately for the health and safety of our customers we do not allow refund or exchanges for earrings.
5. Where is Soleil D’or Collection made?
Our talented artisans in Indonesia hand make all of Soleil D’or Collective jewellery. None of our jewellery is manufactured by machine. We create in small batches only.
6. Can I wear my jewellery in the water?
We recommend taking off our jewellery when bathing, showering, or swimming to ensure longevity. Like anything wear and tear will slowly become noticeable if you do not take care of your jewellery and the gold will fade over time.
7. When will sold out items be back in stock?
Please click on the ‘Notify me when available’ on the product page. We will kindly email you when your desired jewellery is back in stock.
8. How do I find my ring size?

9. Do you resize rings?
We do not recommend resizing rings as they are made to order and resizing can sometimes cause stones to become loose and fall out. Please contact us at info@soleildor.co to assist you with exchanging your ring.
10. Do you offer custom bespoke orders?
We do not produce custom designed pieces as this practise is not sustainable for our artisan families.
11. Do you engrave jewellery?
We do not offer this service, but this service would be offered by many of your local businesses.
12. Do you sell solid gold jewellery?
We do in our fine collections. Watch this space.
13. Can I purchase chains and pendants separately?
We do sell some chains separately but in general we sell all our pendants with a matching chain that we have designed together. We hope you love them as much as we enjoyed pairing them.
