Soleil D’or Collective is conscious of our environmental and moral obligation to basic human rights and dignity, and we are determined to continuously seek new ways to improve and be better when it comes to ensuring all people’s lives matter and to protect the environment by using sustainable materials and slow production methods.
We have partnered with small family businesses abroad in Bali and India where:
• Employment is freely chosen
• Freedom of association
• Working conditions are safe and hygienic
• Child labour shall not be used
• Living wages are paid
• Working hours are not excessive
• No discrimination is practiced
• Regular employment is provided
• No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
Our commitment is to holistically implement meaningful and sustainable business practices, to reduce our impact on the environment, across every aspect of production, right through to packaging and delivery.
We are constantly learning, changing, and evolving from our office culture, our packaging, our materials, collaborations, and our partners, we are integrating sustainability and adopting a serious ‘we need to be the change’ attitude.
We have partnered with The Better Packaging Co and introduced compostable envelopes and satchels.
As we progress down this path to sustainability, we recognize there is always more to learn, new ways to adapt and endless possibilities to evolve.
