Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on delivering ethically sourced, quality handmade jewellery  that can be passed down to your daughters. Should you change your mind within 14 days of receipt of purchase we are delighted to offer you a refund, exchange  or credit note for full priced unused and unworn items in their original condition  upon presentation of the original invoice.

  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund but will be issued with a credit note
  • Purchases made via our stockists must be returned to original point of  purchase
  • Cost of returning your jewellery via post is at buyer’s expense.
  • We cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We recommend using a registered and tracked postal service. You will be notified by email  once your returns have been received and processed.
  • Refunds will be made via original method of purchase only
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and  exchanges.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety  regulations; we cannot take any exceptions.
  • Refunds only to be issued once return orders have been received,  inspected, and cleared of any visual damage and are in original new  condition.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for assessment and then 3 – 5 business days for a refund to appear in your account.


Returns & Exchange Process

  • You must request an exchange via email within 14 days of receiving delivery of your jewellery. You have 7 days to arrange return of the jewellery after notifying Soleil D’or of the return.
  • You must provide a number order or receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange
  • The jewellery must be in its original condition. Unworn and have no damage.
  • For international exchanges & returns, you must mark on the courier company’s consignment that the product is for exchange so as to avoid any customs duties and taxes.
  • We are not liable for returns that are damaged through the postal service. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the jewellery safely. Please wrap jewellery in bubble wrap to ensure safe travels and provide a tracking number from a registered postal service.
  • We will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

Faulty Items

We take a lot of time to quality check our jewellery prior to postage but in the rare case of a fault please contact our customer service team via email and to arrange return via post for assessment. Gold vermeil jewellery will naturally tarnish over time and adds character, this is not considered a fault.

  • If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued.
  • We will not accept any returns if the jewellery has been worn.
  • If jewellery returned is deemed faulty from wear and tear or shows any signs of being worn or physically damaged Soleil D’or Collective reserves the right to decline a refund.
  • A refund will be issued if the item is unavailable.
  • Return postage of items deemed to have a manufacturing fault will be covered by Soleil D’or Collective.
  • Buyer has 7 days of receiving the jewellery to notify Soleil D’or Collective via email of manufacturing fault.
  • Email must include clear photo of fault and description.
  • If an exchange is offered, and the price of the new item differs from the original, a refund or credit note of the difference will be offered.
  • In the case of International returns, ‘Returned Goods’ is to be clearly marked on the postal company's consignment to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes on entering Australia
  • Please consider the recommended care instructions for all Soleil D’or Collective jewellery.


How Process a Return

To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at info@soleildor.co with your original order number and receipt of purchase as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange.

Please fill out the exchange/return form and place it inside the parcel with the jewellery you are returning. We also recommend bubble wrapping your jewellery for return shipment as we are not liable for damages to jewellery caused from return shipment.

We recommend using a registered and tracked postal service when returning your order to ensure safe delivery, as Soleil D’or Collective takes no responsibility if items are lost.



Third Party Purchases

Please be aware that Soleil DÓr Collective is not able to accept returns on items that were purchased through a Soleil D’or Collective stockist. Please visit the stockist the item was purchased from and follow their returns policy.
