Ever since Eve's transgression in the Garden of Eden, snakes in Christian tradition have been associated with lies, evil and temptation. But in other cultures, as far-flung as ancient Greece and Egypt and indigenous North America, snakes symbolise fertility, rebirth, renewal and even immortality. The Serpent chain is fine and delicate. Offering 3 lengths depending on the occasion. This particular piece can be worn as a choker or Necklace, and Pendants may be added.

This chain is 100% recycled sterling silver, and individually handcrafted by artisans in Indonesia. Every piece is wholesomely made with love and care, none are the same having unique variations due to the nature of slow production methods.
